I'm Philipp Ucke. I live near Magdeburg, where I architect digital worlds.

I've loved diving deep into digital worlds for as long as I can remember and had my first experience in Oblivion when I was eight years old. From now on, I always knew, that I want to put my dent on the digital world and the first opportunity was the website of my school.

At this time I started learning about computers, the internet, HTML, CSS, and javascript and took over small tasks in the maintenance of the website. But my thirst for knowledge didn't stop here, I was lucky to have parents with a talent for handicrafts, which helped me form a foundation for tinkering. And soon I was able to realize projects like a MagicMirror or a 3D printer.

There is one thing I love as much as tinkering and that's flying. It was one of those summer days when I looked up in the sky and saw a glider soaring in thermals to climb up to the clouds. And I immediately knew I want to feel this kind of freedom too. So I visited my local flight club and started pilot training.
